This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Cozy century-old Newfoundland home located at the Battery, with one of the best views of St. John's harbour and city. Located on the doorsteps to Signal Hill National Historic Park, and within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shops, pubs and near-by historic sites. This property is newly renovated with modern kitchen and bath facilities while maintaining the charm of a traditional family home. Laundry facilities, TV and wireless internet on site. This home has 2 queen beds and 1 double bed, comfortably sleeping 6. The master bedroom has an ensuite and balcony to enjoy our large labrador days and evenings.
