If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

Constructed using mud bricks and recycled Tasmanian Oak, this house seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings. Our house is designed and set up with a healthy nod to the classic twentieth-century Australian beach house. It is a spacious feel with high ceilings.
