Situated in pristine farmland near the fishing village of Rhyll with spectacular water views and all Phillip Island has to offer at your doorstep. Pleasant Point cottage is only available for a maximum of 2 adults with parking for 1 vehicle.

This quiet fishing village is home to the Newhaven Marina, small shopping precinct, public jetties with boat ramps and is an easy five minutes' stroll across the bridge into San Remo with its boutique shops, hotels, cafes & restaurants.

Property consists of one big living area, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with most necessities supplied. Very clean and tidy ground floor apartment with easy check-in. Located at the front of the premises. It is self contained with it's own private entry and north facing verandah and views towards the sea.
