It’s all within reach at this cozy retreat featuring wood floors, a warm fireplace, and nautical-themed decor. The beach is right off the back deck, there are stairs that lead you down to the water. This unit can sleep up to 4 people. There are two full bathrooms. One has a small tub/shower and the other has a walk-in shower.

Our home has one bedroom (plush queen) and one bath. The two leather couches in the living room fold out to full beds. The kitchen is well setup for the weekend chef. The house has a beautiful and private green view with peeks of the ocean. Even though perched up on the hill, you can still hear the ocean and the sea lions when in action. No pets, including emotional support animals (actual service animals welcome) and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
