There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, spacious enough for overflow guests and children. Has a laundry area, and a fully remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. This cozy mountain cabin is on a private road and offers secluded wooded views. It features 2 bedrooms with log frame queen beds and black out curtains. A fully stocked kitchen with an open floor plan invites fun family time and makes cooking a breeze. Enjoy your 55” Smart TV and romantic wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights. Outside, the private spacious porch offers an outdoor dining area, hot tub, hammocks and rocking chairs. There is also a gas grill for cookouts and a firepit.

Quail Roost 1 is located in scenic Cosby, TN. and is a one side of a duplex (and completely private!) This is a truly unique spot not found anywhere else in the Smokies. The cabin-feel of the interior and the comfortable King Size bed will leave you rested and ready to explore all that the area offers. Day trips to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, & even Asheville are available! The romantic deck is one of a kind complete with an outdoor soaking tub & pellet stove!

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel. Come expecting simplicity and refreshing stay in the wooded landscape of WNC.

The cabin is located 20 minutes from Gatlinburg and 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge. It is less than 5 minutes to the Cosby entrance of The Great Smokey Mountains National Park. A 10 minute drive will bring you to Hartford TN, where mutiple white water rafting companies are. The cabin is located on a 65 acre Mountain Farm with other lodging and barn style events venue. Situated on Cosby creek where there is fishing opportunities on the property, along with relaxation in the creek.
