This location really is as good as it gets! Guests can also borrow the Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. It has its own private sheltered decking area and garden with table and chairs. Calm and tranquil yet in close walking distance from the amazing Porthtowan beach one of Cornwall’s finest surf beaches. If you want to get away from it all yet still be close enough for the action panoramic will not disappoint.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed on booking at a charge (dogs are not allowed between July 18th and 28th August). Closed from November to February.

The Garden Lodge is situated in the grounds of Mourton House, in the Cornish countryside village of St Mawgan. The lodge has recently been updated with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is located in a beautiful tranquil position a 2 mile well worn wooded footpath takes about 35 minutes to walk to Mawgan Porth beach. The delightful harbour town of Padstow is 8.4 miles distance, with its quaint shops a plenty of places to eat. Newquay is 6.2 miles from the Lodge.
