Located in a gorgeous quiet village with an award winning pub, we are only a few miles from some of the most beautiful and less explored lakes in the Lake District. The light and airy barn studio has a lovely bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and studio room with sofa, bed and dining table. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and has 2 hobs and an oven, kettle, toaster etc. This is an ideal location for a single person or couple looking for a country break with stunning lakeside walks.

We have so many attractions on our doorstep like Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Trump Turnberry resort, Burns country, some of the best golf courses in Scotland and many excellent restaurants. Bookings are from Friday to Friday. 2 king size bedrooms, one ensuite with a further 2 single beds and wc on the mezzanine level. A bathroom with shower over the bath. Fully furnished kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. We have a dog secure garden and a shed to lock bikes in. We are between 10/30 mins from 3 of the 7stanes cycling trails and 6 miles from several beaches or hills for walking. You are 5 mins drive away from the market town of Castle Douglas.
