Experience Niagara Falls USA and Lake Ontario like a local! You'll enjoy a restful sleep in our waterfront cottage right on the Newfane Marina and within walking distance of a public pebble beach. Our quaint cottage is just minutes from Olcott Beach, the Niagara Wine Trail, and world-famous fishing along Eighteenmile Creek and Burt Dam. Niagara Falls is about 30 miles away and the Buffalo metropolitan area is about 40 miles. End your day with the hot tub, barbecue, and drinks on our deck! Enjoy!

Each bedroom is adorned with plush linens, ensuring a comfortable stay. We invite you to experience the joy of living in this beautiful home. Please note that there is a $75 pet fee.

Dock your boat & relax in a spacious escape, tucked down a private drive, in a separate suite of our family house. Only a short drive to Niagara Falls, Beaver Island Beach or State Park, our retreat is steps from the Niagara River & bike path. Contact host for docking arrangements or just enjoy watching the boats glide into the marina or take a stroll to the pier. You will have plenty of space to yourself & find the break you deserve. Request an update regarding safe path from the boat dock.

Wake up to the sounds of crashing waves; spend your day fishing or boating on Lake Ontario or exploring Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and local NY farms and wineries; and relax in the evening on our lakefront deck with a majestic sunset view of Lake Ontario. This older, rustic two-story lakehouse is complete with a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and two bedrooms & bathrooms, as well as plenty of parking for a boat or RV. Off the beaten path, this home is minutes from many attractions!

Right on the River! walking to town/artpark/docks

Right on the river! Amazing views! Relax on the back porch sofa overlooking the Niagara river or enjoy a dinner with a river sunset. This beautiful white cottage is also right in historic Lewiston so you can walk to all the restaurants, bars or artpark if you plan on going to a concert. You are also right next to the docks where you can fish (Trailer parking is available), launch your boat, go on a river tour or enjoy the waterfront and its park. The Falls or Fort Niagara are 15 mins away.

Harbor House- Adorable, clean, and cozy.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with the added view & amenities of the Harbor. You will have amazing views of the harbor, Sunset Island, unique boats, and the best sunset around. The Harbor House is walking distance to The Boat House Resturant, shopping, and the local ice cream stand. With two bedrooms and three beds you can easily accommodate 4 adults. Boat slips available through the Wilson Boatyard Marina once booking is complete we will help you connect with the Marina.

Olcott Cottage on the Park

Olcott - This centrally located single family home backs up to Krull Park, a 325 acre park with multiple playgrounds, a splash park, tennis courts, nature trails, softball diamonds, lacrosse fields, horseshoe pits and multiple other activities. It is also within walking distance to downtown Olcott Beach with various restaurants, bars, shops and Newfane Town Marina. It is equipped with all the amenities of home with an updated patio, grill and fire pit.

Woodcliff Cottage has been fully renovated. A new kitchen features granite countertops, high-end range, island/bar and spectacular views. The kitchen opens into a spacious living room with gas fireplace and more windows looking out over the new deck and Lake Ontario. Enjoy a sunset campfire at the fire pit with stairs leading down to Lake Ontario. 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths with walk-in shower and shower with full bathtub. We also rent Shell Cottage next door.
