Enjoy a comfortable bedroom, cozy living room with fireplace, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and living room, making Chelsea ideal for groups of 3–4.

1 bedroom relaxing cottage with a pullout sofa for additional guests. This cottage has a full kitchen - 1 bath and a very nice deck where you can hear the sounds of Ketners Mill dam. This property is a great get away but also not to far away from Chattanooga and and has an enormous amount of outdoor activity near by. This cabin sits directly on the Sequatchie River. Fish from your very on secluded beach, kayak down the sequatchie river or take a walk on the farm and pet some of our horses.

Deep on a rural drive and nestled against protected conservation property, the wildlife and stars easily outnumber the humans.

We have a $30 dollar pet fee per stay for 2 pets additional pets will be more, so please keep that in mind when booking. All you have to do is select that you are bringing pets. *Pets should not be left unattended in the yard! *No shampoo, conditioner or body wash is included

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.

It is 1 mile away from the new Oddstory Brewing and 1.5 miles from a long list of our favorite restaurants on Main Street and 3 miles from Downtown.

Inside, you'll find wood ceilings, a huge stone center wall, a full kitchen, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a stone sink and a large tile and stone shower. A queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room provide ample sleeping space for up to four guests. .

*The pool is not listed as an amenity and not available for guest use right now. Trade traffic jams for 2 lane country. Only 10-20 min from downtown. But what we call “going to town” is driving to Flinstone for gas or church. Near Chattanooga, hiking, hang t gliding, 10-20 min to Cloudland Canyon, Rock City, Incline, Sunset Rock, Ruby Falls, TN Aquarium, with Lookout Mtn as backdrop.
