We're a Dutch couple whose lodge is nestled in the mountains of Madarao in Japan. Our lodge provides capacity for a max of 20 guests divided over 5 units. Our cozy, comfortable space makes for a great base to explore the mountains around the region. During winter, we offer private ski/snowboarding lessons, and side and backcountry guiding. We cater to guests during all other seasons too and offer fine dining experiences during your stay. We aim to create the perfect vacation experience for you!

Heidi公寓

Heidi is an apartment-style room connected to the egg-shaped main lodge, perfect for families or groups. With high ceilings and a spacious living area, it can host up to 8 guests. White wood walls and warm sunlight create a relaxing space. The large loft has two double beds and is accessible by two staircases. The kitchen and large dining table make it ideal for meals or small parties. Two entrances—one from outside and one from the main lodge—make moving around easy. Dog-friendly (optional).

T Square Hakuba has been extensively renovated for the upcoming 2021 / 2022 ski season and boasts spacious interiors and lightening fast internet speeds and a short stroll to the Gondola at Tsugaike Ski resort. This comfortable Family Suite with private bathroom offers everything you need to make the most of your vacation and workation and comprises of a Twin or Queen room and a Triple room with bathroom rooms sharing a private bathroom. Enjoy a full breakfast before you hit the slopes.

The best things about Alpha Lodge are its wonderful & welcoming atmosphere and easy going country hospitality. The close proximity to the lifts & the Madarao Kogan Hotel and its amazingly relaxing Onsen (hot spring bath), is just an easy 200m walk and the views are amazing. Alpha Lodge was built around 40 years ago so you would expect that it is a bit tired in appearance but we are transforming bit by bit. There are numerous hot springs and the famous tourist spots which are called Imori Pond and Naena Falls that are representing Myokokogen. Also, there are many unique ski resorts that are rich in density so you’ll be able to have a lot choice for your winter activities depends on your mood and the snow conditions of the day.

A family run mountain lodge deep in the Joetsu National Park, 175km from Tokyo and a few hundred meters from Tanigawadake Ropeway and Tenjindaira Ski Resort. The green summers are perfect for Rafting, Canyoning, Hiking and Mountain Biking! Winters see some of the biggest snowfalls in all of Japan, lifts hum from Nov through May and the terrain is amazing.
