Greensborough train station and Plaza are a short 5 minute drive away with RMIT and La Trobe Universities both within cycling distance.

Set on 18 acres with lots of wildlife including kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, a plethora of bird life & often a pair of eagles circling overhead, this John Pizzey designed cottage is part of “The Farm on One Tree Hill” & is a hidden gem with the most spectacular views! Located in the Yarra Valley & close to the scenic Kinglake Ranges, we are only 50 mins from Melbourne Airport & the CBD. Our cottage is suited to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax & unwind in a picturesque farm setting.

Frank’s Guest House is centrally located in Panton Hill Victoria, a 30 second walk from the Panton Hill Hotel, a historic pub and venue. The guesthouse is a newly renovated duplex, complete with its own private access & car space. A 5 minute walk from the main town and a short drive to the Yarra Valley. A Lovely Pool House in Forest

Our place is located in the area of Warrandyte State Park. It has 12 arces of private bushland, a great place to have an adventure in forest. This pool house is surrounded by fence and has a beautiful pool in front of it. It takes 10 minutes walk to Jumping Creek Reserve and 8 minutes drive to Warrandyte town centre. Also close to Yarra Valley, can easily plan a one day trip to the wineries.

Self-contained retreat on the creek

A unique self-contained place with an acre of garden, a wildlife pond and creek frontage. Nestled amongst the manna gums, a walking track runs behind the property, with a 10 minute walk to Eltham town centre in one direction, and a short stroll to Edendale Community Farm and Eltham North playground and dog park in the other direction.

Our cottage set in natural bush has the benefit of shops and public transport a 10-15 minute walk away. Enjoy a drink on the deck in the warm light of the evening, take a leisurely walk along the Yarra River to see the kangaroos in their natural setting or an easy drive to the famous Yarra Valley wineries.
