In Cross Lanes, WV, we took our cues from those folks on TV and created a short term rental out of the storage unit! Conveniently located just off I 64 and only 1 mile to the Mardi Gras casino.

This bright & cozy 1-bedroom apartment newly renovated is attached to our home but has its own private entrance, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout your stay. This apartment is completely separate inside, with no shared living areas. The house is located on the river; however, the renters will not have access to the backyard. This apartment has a full-size bedroom with a queen bed, full size bathroom, living room & kitchenette in a shared room along with a stackable washer &dryer.

This apartment is super cute, and conveniently located in St. Albans, WV. It's on the city bus route and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. This is an almost 100 year old duplex, so the floor plan of this unit is a little quirky, in that you have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom and bathroom (see photos). It also has an accordion style door that separates the master bedroom from the living room. It’s a super comfy place, but privacy is limited.

This upstairs apt provides all the comforts of home including full kitchen and laundry room. Within walking distance to St. Mary's Medical Center as well as to a small park offering basketball & tennis courts, a playground and walking path. On the flat of Huntington allowing easy access by car or bike. Location is peaceful and quiet. Off street parking included.
