Midway between Johannesburg and Kruger Game park, in the mountains of Mpumalanga province, South Africa. Fledermaus. Fully self-catering. There is a braai on the private patio, and a fireplace inside the lounge for cold evenings. This unit has a double bed, with en-suite bathroom. We offer hiking, fly-fishing, bird watching, MTB riding and so much more. The waterfall is walking distance, and offers spectacular views or the valley below. We have a convenience shop, as well as a chef, that can prepare breakfast, lunch/brunch or supper on request.

Chalets - Kiewiet

Kiewiet consists of 3 chalets. Depending on how many guests are booked, we will allocate the number of chalets to be occupied. Each chalet has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The units have access to a shared entertainment area with a kitchen.

Protea Cottage

This beautiful cottage, overlooking a dam stocked with rainbow trouts, consists of two en-suite queen bedrooms, large cosy lounge with a central fireplace and well equipped kitchen and dining area incl. two sofa beds. Large veranda with braai facilities.

Klip-Cottage

Standard Chalet

The standard chalet is made up of 2 units that can accommodate 8 to 12 guests. Each unit has a double bed and 2 bunker beds, a shower, basin and toilet. The units share a kitchen area with a sink, tap, cooking utensils and a braai facility.
