Private parking for one car, open, airy space with full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two baths. Full remodel on this carriage house was completed in October 2017. Everything is brand new. Walking distance to parks, golf courses, gym, restaurants, shopping, grocery, antique stores, city buildings, and a museum. 15 minutes form Klipsh Music Center and 35 minutes from downtown Indy.

Antiques in downtown Noblesville about a mile away. The house is 15 min from Ruoff Music Center (aka Deer Creek). It's about 45 min from downtown Indy, 20 min from Westfield Sports. The area is fairly quiet, with some traffic. My place is good for couples, adventurers, travelers, and families with kids.
