New Pool Tropical Waterfront Dock & Optional Boat

We have electric power! Home stayed dry during hurricane Milton. Clean and ready! Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. You can do so many fun things, or just have a drink on the dock and watch the manatees. Pet Friendly

The Ibis Cottage

Freshly renovated, The Ibis Cottage is a cozy studio on a beautiful property overlooking a small lake. It is a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach, Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice). Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock. So the WiFi iffy. . plenty of DVD’s!

Located in Nokomis FL, a few miles from Venice Florida. This house is located on the water near the famous Venice Inlet waterway. Enjoy quiet, spacious, family friendly accommodations, with direct water access just a few minutes to the beach. Divers welcome. We have plenty of space for drying and rinsing gear and dive buoys. Two stand up paddle boards and two person kayak included with life jackets of all sizes.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, my mobile home is located in a very unique neighborhood right on the bay with a little beach 2 min. down the road from my house, where you can sit and enjoy the views or fish. The homes are a combination of mobile homes like mine and houses with the most wonderful people of all walks of life. Very quiet, very safe and friendly. 5 min. to Bradenton beach and 10 min. to AMI.
