Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. This Apartment is across the street from the Franklin Theatre. Overlook Main Street as the sun rises, or iconic lights of the theatre, this stylish place has plenty of space to stretch out and relax after a long day about town. Enjoy the quaintness of one of America's Best Towns. The nightlife, food, history, and charm make this stay one to remember! Has 1 dedicated parking spot, parking can be tight. Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

"The Suite Spot"- A "not so average" basement apt- Light & airy. Just off W. Main St in a historic stone cottage. 1 mi fm downtown Franklin (a 20 min walk/ 5 min bike or Lyft ride, 35 min ride to downtown Nashville). Right across the street fm the best authentic mexican food in middle TN. This apt has cottage charm sporting painted concrete floors but softened up w/ plush rugs and bed linens. After seeing the sights, come home to "The Suite Spot" -grill out, sip a glass of wine, watch a movie.
