The cabin has 2 downstairs bedrooms one with a king bed and the other a queen. Upstairs in the loft is a full and two twin beds. The cabin is equipped with high speed WiFi, fire TV downstairs and a TV in the loft for gaming. The cabin offers All Natural USDA Beef for guest to purchase and have during stay. This home is packed with upscale amenities for all ages including firepit, basketball/pickleball court, ping pong, arcade and hot tub. The driveway is steep, which is common for lake properties.

Our property offers shoreline access to the lake for swimming and kayak launching. We are prohibited from allowing guests usage of the dock but you may use the dock path for kayak launching. Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

Rent a dock or boat (seasonally) at Moutedier Marina. Nolin State Park is close. Fishing & hiking in the area. Early mornings & dusk are best times to see our resident deer. Fire-pit in front yard, firewood available. Mammoth Cave & Dinosaur World about 30 miles away. 30 miles to Glendale. About 20 minutes to Leitchfield.

Two driveway entry points, electric car charger outlet. Less than a mile from the public boat ramp! We allow pets but must be authorized.
