Welcome to our delightful Noosaville townhouse, nestled in the heart of the stunning Sunshine Coast. This beautifully appointed retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your vacation escape. With its prime location, modern amenities, and serene ambiance, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay. NOTE - A new build is currently underway on the neighboring property and therefore there may be intermittent building activity during weekday daytime hours.

Hop on the bikes to explore, returning for a swim in the pool and sundowner on the basket chairs in the private patio by the garden. The mezzanine style interior features soaring raked ceilings, plus bathroom with double rainforest showers. The riverside park across the road is the ideal place for a picnic, a dip or to launch the kayak. The loft is mid-way between Hasting Street and riverside Gympie Terrace. An easy walk in either direction finds the beach and river, plus restaurants and shops.

Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. This boutique complex has direct access to a quiet sandy beach.The riverside pool is shared by four townhouses. Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. It's pet-friendly subject to approval.
