This spacious and stylish ground floor villa is situated a stones throw away from the Noosa river, which is just a 5 minute walk. It sits in a quiet little cul de sac among tropical gardens and lily ponds so you are guaranteed privacy and relaxation. You’ll love its coastal beach theme, with its beautiful bedroom, a practical and stylish kitchen, very spacious lounge and dining area, laundry, air-conditioning, fans, wifi and a cute covered patio for evening drinks beside the water-lilly pond.

This boutique complex has direct access to a quiet sandy beach.The riverside pool is shared by four townhouses. Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. Fabulously close to Gympie Terrace and i great dining as well as Noosa river and all the water sports the river offers. 2.5km from Hastings Street and a short drive or bus ride to Sunshine Beach.
