Hop on the bikes to explore, returning for a swim in the pool and sundowner on the basket chairs in the private patio by the garden. The mezzanine style interior features soaring raked ceilings, plus bathroom with double rainforest showers. The riverside park across the road is the ideal place for a picnic, a dip or to launch the kayak. The loft is mid-way between Hasting Street and riverside Gympie Terrace. An easy walk in either direction finds the beach and river, plus restaurants and shops.

This stylish family friendly 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is located in one of Noosa's prime areas. Walk straight from the living room onto a white soft sandy beach and swim in the crystal blue waters. Spend afternoons on the private roof top area with stunning water views and sunsets over Noosa. Pure holiday bliss! You have your own entrance and use of the pool directly outside the front door. There is a grassy park right next door and we provide a complimentary SUP and kayak for your use.

This boutique complex has direct access to a quiet sandy beach.The riverside pool is shared by four townhouses. Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. Fabulously close to Gympie Terrace and i great dining as well as Noosa river and all the water sports the river offers. 2.5km from Hastings Street and a short drive or bus ride to Sunshine Beach. Bus stop to both these locations just out the front. Close to Noosaville shops, supermarket and Noosa junction. We have extensively renovated the property to the highest standard.
