Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Blue lagoon Studio

A truly luxurious couples retreat! This private villa style getaway has its own private access and and deck space to relax in and features an hot outdoor shower. Fitted out with quality furnishings and fixtures and is equiped with everything you need! Location really doesn't get better than this. You are across the road from beautiful Blue Lagoon Beach! With Bateau Bay Beach Cafe 150m away. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric frypan. Note not cooktop or oven.

Norah Head Hideaway Cottage

Our hideaway is only metres from restaurants, bars and cafes, yet tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. Leave the car behind - six beaches within walking distance, the iconic lighthouse or take a dip in our solar heated plunge pool. Enjoy all that Norah Head has to offer- coastal bush walks, protected lifeguard beaches, while staying in your own modern bungalow. Our house is situated at the back of the property in case you need anything. Great for couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers.

This is a one bedroom freestanding fully self contained private elevated dwelling amongst the giant bamboo, Bangalow palms and bromeliads with lake glimpses and ocean breezes. If you're looking for somewhere out of the ordinary, in an outstanding location just minutes walk to the beach, and a little more special than the rest, you will not be disappointed.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

Hargraves Beach Oasis with Pool

This large, modern family home has an inground swimming pool with large undercover outdoor entertaining area and BBQ. The house is less than a minute’s walk to the beautiful Hargraves Beach. Rarely busy, at times it will feel like your own private beach! And if you love beach fishing, Salmon, snapper, whiting, flathead and bream are waiting to be caught. Treat yourself to a lux beach escape! With private entry, tucked above the dunes on Bungan Beach, nap to the sound of the waves, enjoy sunrise from bed, and sip wine by the outdoor firepit. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
