The Barge was built in 1999 and was our family home for 10 years in Sallins. It is easy to get to by car, and by train it's only 30 minutes from Dublin city centre. Everything you need is very close, within walking distance. Breakfast cafe, pub, barge trips, fine dining and gastropub restaurants, grocery store, walking trails, and the train station is a four minute walk. Its also a great base for exploring Ireland's Ancient East or day tripping to Dublin. Failte Ireland Approved 2018 - 2022

Note - this is a REAL boat; independant of the land and it has a gangway and occassional faults - it is an experience - not a hotel.

Great Expectations is a exclusive “Westerly Typhoon 37” built in England in 1991. The wood interior creates a warm atmosphere that reminds an english pub. The construction quality, the materials and the design will make you feel home.. For your entertainment (or to work) you have private wifi (not shared with anyone else) and a smart TV ( with Netflix) aboard. 救生艇

This unique glamping unit has been crafted here at Rosevidney Farm over the past 18months. She is a former oil industry escape craft and when she came her in 2019 was still fully functioning with engine, seatbelts, emergency supplies etc. Now she sits in our Glamping meadow alongside our Safari Tents and Russian Truck. The lifeboat will sleep four in comfort with a King-size Bed and twin singles. There is an ensuite shower and loo, central heating as well as a handcrafted wood burning stove

Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.
