Located in Midtown, the area that connects the hustle and bustle of downtown with the stately historic neighborhoods to north. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Paycom Center (for Thunder games or concerts), and a short distance to the Boat District or the Oklahoma Memorial. Vintage building "1930" it has creaks and groans and at times you hear your upstairs neighbor and smell cooking smells from other apartments.
