The property comes with a pool table, outdoor patio furniture/ grill, home gym, game room, and outdoor play areas. It is close to lake hefner and 2 major highways (74 & I-44).

Backyard patio! This space is NOT suitable for infants or children under the age of 12 and cannot accommodate. No pets.

This home offers a large downstairs living space with private pool (no heater at this time) & patio, 3 upstairs bedrooms including a master suite with a whirlpool jet tub. We are pet friendly but REQUIRE APPROVAL & charge a $50 pet fee per pet.
