We are thrilled to offer you a unique experience at this newly renovated private bedroom and bathroom with separate, private entrance, private use of the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, and refrigerator. The room and bathroom are in a separate metal building that includes the pool. Two-person hot tub is located in a breezeway that is between the host home and pool room. Hosts live in attached home with two friendly Boston Terriers.

After a refreshing swim in an amazing and beautiful saltwater pool, or a soak in the hot tub. Enjoy meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, or grill out back. The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill.
