The home is stocked with most everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation, including 2 kayaks and 4 river tubes for enjoying your time on the water. Spacious, flat front yard with the river directly in front of the home. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while you listen to the sound of the river from the spacious porches.

There is also a full game room equipped for individuals of all ages. Fire pit, hot tub, pool table, kayaks, paddle board, and yard games included!

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Our home offers kayaks for your use, or you can rent a pontoon at the nearby marina. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. We allow ONE pet with the prepaid pet fee but ask you clean up after them, crate when unattended, & follow TN leash laws.

Come relax and enjoy a little piece of Heaven in our Copper Top Cabin on the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains. We are only a short distance away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, historic Cades Cove, the Dragon and 1 hour away from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Copper Top cabin sits on a large spring fed pond stocked with bass, perch and catfish. Be sure to enjoy our paddle boat, canoe, kayak, or simply relax in the hammock or by the fire pit.
