Ειναι ενας μοντερνος χωρος με κλιματισμο που το κανει καταληλο για καθε εποχη! Διαθετει διπλο κρεβατι,χωρο καθιστικου με ένα μικρό καναπε(ο καναπές έχει λεπτό στρώμα αλλά μπορεί να κοιμηθεί κάποιος) και ανετο σκαμπο πουφ,συγχρονη εξοπλισμενη κουζινα!
