It is the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.
