Sandringham & Burnham Market also nearby. Fakenham is a mile for shops and we even have a good village pub!

7, Grove Farm Barns

A fantastic extremely well-presented one bedroom barn conversion located in a quiet and secluded location just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast. The property has been finished to a high standard, with oak flooring, log burner. Open plan living impressive vaulted ceiling, outside there is an enclosed patio garden, and parking. There's also the Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve run by the Hawk and Owl Trust to reintroduce native birds to the area and to protect the natural environment.

This boutique cottage is located in East Barsham, a small village nestling in quiet, rolling countryside less than 3 miles from the market town of Fakenham, with excellent access to the North Norfolk Coast at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham. The area is renowned for its bird watching opportunities with Cley and Titchwell within easy reach.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. The Old Grain Barn, nr North Norfolk coast

Self-catering luxury holiday barn conversion in Little Snoring, perfectly located in the heart of North Norfolk, and under 15 minutes to the beach. The property is a simply stunning converted Norfolk brick and flint barn with 4 en-suite bedrooms.
