Happy Holiday Cabin on Lake Nosbonsing

Welcome to a cozy and quaint cabin by Lake Nosbonsing! Situated just 20 minutes south of North Bay, this small, basic, and old-fashioned retreat is perfect for couples, families, and fishing enthusiasts seeking a classic Northern Ontario getaway. The cabin comes equipped with all the basic amenities you’ll need, including two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a stall shower. You’ll have your own private yard, a lovely fire pit for evening gatherings, and a private dock.

Nestled amongst the trees on our 52 acre farm in beautiful Chisholm township is our Chickadee Pod. Recharge your nature batteries in our off grid pod that comes fully equipped for your basic needs and right on Wasi Lake. Steps away you can enjoy canoeing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. Take in the sunsets, walk the trails, nap in the hammock, roast some marshmallows, paint a picture, read a book, listen to the birds, the trees, the wind. Leave connected, peaceful and rejuvenated.

Small cabin in the woods with many seasonal uses. There is over 1000 adjoining acres of mixed forest & fields. Over 300 acres of privately owned land by the host plus over 700 acres of attached public crown lots accessible through private holdings, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts/nature lovers, as a launch pad into Algonquin Park, or as a quite retreat into the forest. Winter Activities and Uses Include: snowmobiling, ice fishing at a large selection of local lakes, snow shoeing etc.

One of Bardo Cabins' two, four-season sister-cabins; Pine Cabin is quietly nestled below a granite outcrop among towering old pines on the beautiful, quiet, fifteen acre Dube Lake. Hike, bike, snowshoe or ski the private two kilometers of trails, dive and sunbathe from your own floating dock or wade at a nearby sandy shore, relax bug-free on the screened-in porch listening to the sounds of Bardo's surrounding ten acres of mixed old growth forest, or venture beyond to nearby amenities.

The Aurie, modern cabin.

This unique place has a style all its own. An upside-down architect-designed cabin in the woods; the bedroom and full bathroom are on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living area are on the 2nd, and in between is a 14ft high bumped-out daybed area for lounging. Tastefully and richly decorated with all the mod-cons, and plenty of windows for natural light. There’s a wood-burning stove in bedroom. It’s very private, on 100 acres, with shared trails thru out. North Muskoka Hemlock Cabin

This 325 square foot cabin was originally built as a hunt camp in 1955 and has been newly renovated to be modern and comfortable while still maintaining its vintage rustic charm. Come and unplug in this quiet simple space only 5 minutes from Ilfracombe beach. Many folk singer/songwriters have recorded in this cabin over the past few years and it is now being opened up as a quiet getaway.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
