Driftwood’ is a quiet, modern , dog friendly home (max of 2 dogs ) in a private courtyard just one minute from the beach and the town centre. It's an ideal seaside holiday retreat for couples, small families, or adults on a golf trip. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body tempera regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and a smaller (183CM) bed (recommended for children only) There is one free parking space at the front door.

The Wee Studio - North Berwick

The Wee Studio is a pretty cottage set within the walled garden of our home which is less than 10-minutes walking distance from North Berwick's beautiful beaches, vibrant High St and train station (Edinburgh 33min). The Wee Studio is light, airy and all on one level. It is comprised of a studio bedroom/living room, separate bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The Wee Studio is in a quiet and private location with off-street parking and its own patio area - you are welcome to share our garden.

North Berwick Apartment - Relax in Comfort by sea

2 Milsey Court in School Road is a delightful modern ground floor apartment situated in a conservation area with large patio garden in a quiet central location just a minutes walk from the beautiful east beach and less than 5 minutes from the harbour, High Street and town centre. Parking regulations change on 01/06/26. Please refer to Guest Access for more detail. Approved and registered under Civic Government (Scotland) Act for short term holiday lets (licence number EL00093F and EPC: C)

Private main door apartment in beautiful Victorian villa in the heart of North Berwick. Sea views, airy comfortable rooms. 5-10 minutes walk to Edinburgh train, golf, High Street, beaches, cafes, restaurants, public pool, harbour, tennis courts. Double-aspect bedroom sleeps two with a double sofa-bed in the living room (available on request, and stays up during stay) also cot for wee ones on request. On-street paid parking or request space for one small car on driveway (hard to get into).

It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request.
