Bright, delightful 1 bedroom In-law suite that sleeps 2. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet minutes from the hustle and bustle including shopping, restaurants, parks and highways. You can easily head in all directions around town from this highly desirable Atlanta suburb of Brookhaven. The In-law suite is brand new and immaculate, and feels like a high end hotel yet with the comforts of home. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with open floor plan. Enjoy the lovely kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Sip coffee and/or cook a meal – kitchen is yours to command. It’s open to living room area with large screen TV. Couch folds out to sleep 1. Large bathroom has beautiful tiled floor and huge custom shower! Separate bedroom comes with queen bed and a closet the size of a small room! It has room to store plenty of luggage – don’t worry about overpacking. Unit sleeps 3 total and is attached to a home yet completely private. There’s a separate entrance and plenty of street parking. Enjoy all the comforts of home in a lovely, serene setting with plenty of urban options just minutes away.

In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

Just blocks from Piedmont Park, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, the Beltline, Ponce City Market, and many restaurants and bars. Only 2 miles from the Emory, Georgia Tech, and Georgia State campuses. This studio apartment has a queen-sized bed, bathroom, large desk, and sitting area with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave.
