Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village. Shower and toilet upstairs. Bed settee is in the dining room. Will easily sleep 6 but seating is limited in the lounge. The main bath and shower room is downstairs. There is a large lawn to the front of the property with off road parking, the rear garden is private and has use of a BBQ in summer.

The front of the cottage looks up to Riber Castle. There is a lockable garden shed for bikes. Ideal for couples & families with older children.
