A Hidden Gem - Farmhouse with Hot Tub & Games Room

The Farmhouse at Fallinge Farm is 1 of 3 holiday cottages situated on a secluded site stretching over 20 acres in Rowsley, Derbyshire. The site is surrounded by extensive footpaths and just a short drive to Bakewell, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the beautiful sites of the Peak District. This farmhouse sleeps ten in superb well equipped self catering accommodation with a cosy traditional ambience. This dog friendly property has exceptional scenery and boasts a games room and private hot tub.

Newly converted barn into a luxury cottage with your private hot tub 4 bedrooms! The kitchen and living area is all open plan which is great to keep Conversation following! There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, the bedroom has a great view down the fields! Upstairs there is a king size bed with a ensuite, family bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms! You have a private patio area to the rear of the cottage where the hot tub is so you can relax in peace! Also keep a look out for the barn owl!!

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

We are located close to the Peak District, with Chatsworth House not far away. It is surrounded by Oakerthrope Nature Reserve and is perfect for those wanting to explore Derbyshire. We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated by host. EV charger available payable to owners please.
