There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.

Harbor unit 11 is a spacious condo in the Harbor Condo Complex overlooking Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountains. This upper level unit features 3 bedrooms and a loft. The loft has 2 beds and a futon. There are 3 bathrooms, a patio and a wood-burning fireplace. It is within walking distance to the village shops and restaurants and is next door to the Lake Placid Marina. No pets allowed. Note: Firewood is not provided but bundles can be purchased at various convenience stores in town.

Since it is a personal residence, it has a fully equipped kitchen complete with Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot, and a Weber gas grill for your family dinners. 3 floors allow space for both adults and kids. 2 decks offer a view of the pines and pleasant sounds of water over the Mill Pond dam. We are an end unit with portable AC units, 4 bedrooms, sleep 8, 3 full bathrooms, 2 parking spots plus a very nice screened in porch. Note: we have changed agents and why we do not have any reviews yet. But we had 23 reviews before this and for a great 4.87 overall rating. Yes our guests do love it here!

The Jack Rabbit Trail is just outside the door for hiking or cross country skiing. Follow the Jack Rabbit Trail towards town to discover a sweet little swimming hole at the foot of Lake Placid. It's a great place to return to after an active day in or around Lake Placid.
