Rich in history, this 1924 Spanish Villa has been restored to vintage perfection. Situated on Princess Anne Golf Course with sprawling views. Huge living room, one large bedroom, two outdoor patio areas. Three blocks to the boardwalk, 5 min walk and a 3 min bike ride to the beach. Beach towels included! Our open and spacious cozy beach home is located in peaceful and quiet Old Beach. Our home is a 7 minute walk to the oceanfront beach, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities and sights the boardwalk offers.
