The Tiny House is a separate guest quarters attached to the main house by only a breezeway. It has its own private entrance, covered lanai, and private yard. Everything you need for an amazing stay is included--- all cooking amenities, beach towels and chairs. The main house has a solar heated pool which is available for Tiny House guests, and a large deck with magnificant ocean and sunset views. When staying in our space, we have a variety of beach toys and towels that we welcome guests to use. The Ironman triathletes are also welcome.

Located at 2400 feet elevation, we offer our downstairs, two-bedroom, one-bathroom Ohana. Our house is located on a quiet Kona coffee farm. We enjoy wonderful ocean views, and cool mountain mornings (a nice escape for hot and sunny downtown Kona (15 to 20 minutes away). We have trees everywhere and our place borders the state forest. Our house is a perfect place to make your base-camp and then head out each day for your adventures.

This is a uniquely designed custom house with a 17-foot-high open beam ceiling. A wrap-around lanai (deck) opens towards a view of the expanses of the ocean, coast, and slopes of South Kona at the front of the house, and the mountain jungle to the back. We are in the middle of a tropical rainforest.
