Perfect location close to every amenity of Kona and beautiful beaches. This spacious, upscale home sleeps 10 (6 beds) plus infants. Perfect for a large family or for 2 families traveling together. There are 5 separate areas for sleeping joined by a courtyard. AC in all rooms. The house features a large fully equipped kitchen, laundry, botanical garden yard, private balcony, Bedrooms open to a common courtyard with a fountain. Sorry, not suited for students or parties. You will love this beach front property in the heart of Waikoloa. It is only a 2 minute walk to the pool and beach area from your lanai and 5 minutes to walk to the Kings Shoppes and the Queen's Market where you can find great shopping and fine dining. The beach in front of our property is very calm and sandy and the perfect place for a lazy day basking in the wonderful Hawaiian Sunshine while you take in all the beauty around you. Love the Sea Turtles but be careful to give them space!

Our property comfortably sleeps two people with a queen bed in the bedroom. It is close to Holualoa Village and Kailua-Kona town, with just a 10 minute drive to the coast. Holualoa offers peaceful, country living at a cool elevation.
