Cosy & Private Garden Unit

This one bedroom compact garden unit is situated beneath our family home. It’s only a 10 minute level walk to the beach or 15-20 minutes to the centre of Manly. Unlimited street parking is usually available, although more difficult in the winter soccer season with sports field across the road. The unit is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with one queen and one single bed, a living area with kitchen. Enjoy your own private outdoor area in a beautifully landscaped garden and lawn.

Self-contained studio for up to 2 guests. Lock box check-in. Has private entrance with private deck to relax on. Real Queen size bed. Short walk to Manly Dam reserve. Close to public golf course. Close to public transport to city, Manly and northern beaches. Local patisserie café, chemist and medical centre and 20-minute flat walk to a major Westfield shopping centre with cinemas. Basic breakfast on arrival supplied. Wi Fi available. No off-street parking, no parking on the shared access rd.

Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. A Separate bathroom. Monday and Thursday between 7am and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. During this time the bathroom may be used. Private landscaped court yard. 10 minute walk to beach Buses to Manly, Warringah Mall, Chatswood and express buses to the city. Bus connects to the Manly Ferry. Close to cafes and restaurants at Dee Why Coastal walks to South Curl Curl, Freshwater, Queenscliff and Manly

Quiet and secluded with private access, this 1 bedroom cabin is an ideal spot to chill out after surfing or enjoying Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches. It's a few minutes’ walk to the beach, and 15 mins walk from Dee Why's bustling shops, eateries and bars. There's Manly and CBD buses on the doorstep with Curl Curl's welcoming cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Beautifully furnished, the cabin has fresh linen, a BBQ and private outdoor space, everything you need for a special break.

Light and airy 2 bedroom self-contained garden apartment. The apartment faces North East and is only 5 minutes' drive to Manly Beach and Manly Dam bushland reserve. It is in an elevated position and catches the sea breezes with its own entrance and large private deck & courtyard. Street parking is available in quiet cul de sac. Comfortable queen beds in spacious bedrooms, separate living/dining room, bathroom and kitchenette with induction cooktop, with laundry available for guest use.

A peaceful garden Studio with private entrance and courtyard. Short walk to Collaroy Beach & rock pool, Long Reef Beach, Headland, Marine Park, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, clubs, a golf course & tennis courts. Bus stops to Manly, Palm Beach and Sydney CBD are a 10 min walk to Pittwater Rd. A private undercover area has a BBQ and daybed. The Studio includes separate kitchenette, laundry facilities and separate bathroom. Combined bedroom, dining and comfortable TV lounge space.

The Rangers Cottage

Charming Sustainable quiet Harbourside Holiday Cottage located on a quiet arm of Sydney Harbour. With beautiful Native Bush on one side of the road and quiet harbour side beaches at the end of the street this is a lovely location to base yourself in when exploring all that Sydney has to offer. With your private entrance from the street welcome to your Sydney Harbourside Cottage. The cottage has been set up as Sustainable Holiday Accommodation

North Curl Curl Sandstone Studio

A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.

Chill out and unwind at this perfectly positioned oasis. Whether you're a solo traveler or a couple in search of a getaway, this home is the perfect spot for you to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. Just a short 15 min walk to Queenscliff, Freshwater, Manly and shopping centre. It's situated opposite a large park, where the bus stop is close by. 

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
