The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.
