Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this place has all you need for your travel stay; featuring a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom, queen murphy bed, dining table, sitting area, work desk, WIFI, Cable, and free parking close to the private entry door. No cleaning fees! Also, guests have access to an outdoor enclosure for traveling pets who need a stretch.

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance, spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, private, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

PLENTY of space for your group - 3 BD, 2.5 BA, a pull out couch & 2 car garage to park/store all your toys. Dogs <50 lbs are welcome on the main floor. Basement apartment. We live upstairs. 1.6 miles/6 minute drive to closest shopping/restaurants, 7 miles/18 minutes to downtown Ogden. Sleeps 6 best. Air mattresses for 2 more. Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.
