SMALL one-bed studio suite with a hide-a-bed (book for three if used). Private entrance & porch. Coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Kitchen, Ruko & Netflix, WiFi, comfortable queen bed with luxurious high thread count sheets. , shower. This suite is BEST for a couple or small family due to lack of privacy. This bright and spacious basement suite is in central in Vernon close to all amenities, and only 20 minutes to Silverstar! There are Quartz countertops in the kitchen and the cupboards are loaded with supplies. The living room has a sectional, tv, books, puzzles & games. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. There's also a second bedroom & bathroom.. Additionally, there is in-suite laundry, driveway parking, and a shed for storing outdoor gear.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet, and the spare room has bunk beds, a queen on the bottom & a double on top. The sectional couch also has a pull out option to sleep. Full kitchen with the essential amenities. Includes TV & Wifi. Trampoline & a climbing dome for the kids outside. 12 min drive from Vernon and only a 10-12 min drive from Silver Star Ski Resort.

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

We're situated in the North BX which is a quiet, country setting with equal distances to Kalamalka Lake/Okanagan Rail Trail and Silver Star Mountain/Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre. We're outdoorsy folk and will often be found outside skiing/hiking/cycling or in our garden puttering around with our sweet flock of chickens, pet turkeys, and poodle, Freya. Local grocery store (Butcher Boys) is a 5 min drive away. Cambium Cidery 10 min walk away.
