Welcome to an Authentic Lappish Wooden house with a unique character and location. After sauna spot the northern lights from the terrace and when you see them, head to the river, 200 meters from the house, for spectacular views of the Auroras without light pollution. Upon returning to the house drift to relaxation while enjoying the fireplace. Located within the city area, this is the perfect place to have a bit of distance from the tourist filled areas and experience the peace of Lapland.

Air conditions (living room and both of bed rooms), Fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven and hobs. The nearest market in Posio 20 km from cottage.

Right at the bus routes, 20 min to the city center. Prisma grocery store 1.8 km away. Spacious entrance, 2 comfortable bedrooms w/ large closets, 1.5 baths, washer, sauna, large fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and comfortable living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two. High chair, dishes, toys, games and crib for children.

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Mökki sijaitsee upealla jokitörmällä Kemijoen rannalla. Paikka on rauhallisella paikalla, isolle tielle on matkaa 300m. Mökistä löytyy juomavesi ja sähköt. Mökissä on sähkölämmittimet. Halutessasi voin opastaa kuinka käytät puulämmitteistä saunaa ja takkaa. Mökin keittiö ja ruokailutila on hyvin varusteltu.

Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Pretty and cosy wooden cottage with sauna in peaceful environment. The cottage is located 31km from Rovaniemi city centre. Because of the location outside all the city lights, this is a perfect location to see the northern lights. The best chances to see the the northern lights is during a clear sky without clouds. There are also different forecasts that you can guugle to estimate the possibility of seeing northern ligts. There is a monument of silence built near by.
