Cozy Summerhouse by the River

Characteristic Summerhouse with a big private backyard that has a terrace, BBQ, a hammock and of course a ping-pong table with BIKES & FISHING ROD included in the rent. Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. I have had the house for rent during winter for many seasons, you can find & check the reviews on my profile (one with igloo as cover)!

A luxury house with view to the lake, a hottube

This new scandinavian stylish house is bright and spacious with high windows and a beautiful view to the lake. Peaceful place but near everything. You can watch sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. Lots of space for even bigger group with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 300 square meters. There is extra space in the basement for playing including gym equipment. Kids can use sledges and feel the snowy winter in the yard. You have everything you need like towels, bedding, sledges..

Villa Pahta, More than just accommodation! PEACE!

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Have a great time at this peaceful place to stay. Large living area, big fire place, big sauna, everything you need for a great stay is here for you. Fast internet, big smart tv, plenty of firewood, all you need for cooking and washing, lovely bedding, big beds, baby cot, toys and books. Lake 100m away, beach 500m, Town centre and shops are 20 minutes walk away. Ski tracks 50m away. Parking for 2/3 cars. Electronic locking system.

Modern Arctic Residence Lakeview

Kaunis talo järvimaisemalla 205 m2 ja iso terassi. Talo on valmistunut 2012. Talosta on hyvä näkymä auringonlaskujen katsomista varten ja revontuliakin on mahdollista nähdä tiettyinä aikoina. Talossa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja avara olohuone sekä keittiö. Saunasta pääsee suoraan terassille. Pihalla on iso trampoliini lapsille. Keskusta on vain 4 kilometrin päässä. Takan käyttö on lisäpalvelu.

Big house with private jacuzzi

With large yard, sauna,jacuzzi and fireplace equipped house that is located 4km from citycenter on a peaceful neighbourhood. Grocerystore and bus stop is 200m away. Multiple playgrounds for children inside 500m from the house. Surrounding areas are really nice and beautiful to enjoy nice walk. Distance to santapark 7km. Ounasvaara ski resort 4km. Santaclausvillage 9km.
