Close to Baxter State Park and majestic Mount Katahdin as well as Katahdin Woods and Waters National Park. This lakefront cabin is about 10 miles from Millinocket Maine and near Baxter State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.

Forget your worries in this spacious camp. Unplug and plug into nature. Located on Millinocket Lake with private access to water. Views of Mt. Katahdin from deck and yard. Unwind and relax at camp after a nice paddle, raft, hike, bike….. Just 8 miles from the Togue Pond entrance of Baxter State Park. Short Walk to the New England Outdoor Center and River Drivers restaurant. A little longer walk or drive aprox 1 mile to knife edge brewery or Fredricka’s restaurant.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.
