Welcome to our cozy guest suite—where comfort is personal over perfect, and full of charm you won’t find at a hotel. Guests love the thoughtful touches, eclectic decor, cloud-like bed, and the irreplaceable feeling of being at home when you’re far from home. Our home uses one central AC unit. Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. If you prefer more warmth, two space heaters are in the suite closet.

The apartment complex has a lovely outdoor swimming pool with a lounge area. Redington Beach is a great choice for travelers interested in sunbathing, swimming and relaxing.

My place is on the beach, with great views of the ocean from our private balcony and spectacular sunsets in the evening. There are good restaurants within walking distance. The pool and the hot tub are heated all year round. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Large Lounge/Dining Room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 Air Conditioning units fully servicing the entire apartment and Ceiling fans in all rooms. 40 X 20ft. heated pool and 10 X 8ft hot tub right next to the beach.

My place is close to white sand beaches and has a heated pool. Price is amazing and its fully renovated in the latest fashion with fun beachy accents! You’ll love my place because of the location, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, a parent and a child.
