Com alguns minutos de caminhada podemos encontrar o famoso Teatro Amazonas, o Mercado Adolpho Lisboa, o Mercado Central, a Catedral de São Sebastião, bem em frente encontramos Porto de Manaus de onde saem passeios de barco, dentre outros locais. No caso de um 3º hóspede, temos um sofá cama, com limite de altura de 1,70m, para uma noite de sono confortável.
