Located on a hillside in the most exclusive area of Novo Airão, this spacious chalet is ready to welcome you. The house offers a stunning view of the Anavilhanas Archipelago and the sunrise. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms decorated with contemporary furniture: 2 bedrooms with balconies facing the garden, 1 bedroom with a large window and a view of the vertical garden. It features an open-plan kitchen, a cozy living room, an infinity pool, and the sound of birdsongs.

Alpine House se encuentra a 3 min a pie de la carretera principal, donde se puede acceder a mototaxis o transporte público para ir al centro de la población. La calle donde se encuentra el condominio es de tierra afirmada ya que es parte del Camino Inca, sin embargo, es una calle de acceso vehicular.
