A spacious 19th century house located in the center of Antwerp. You can enjoy the grandeur of the bél epoque with all the modern comfort of today. The house has up to 5 individual bedrooms and can accomodate up to 12 adults. We fall directly in love with this house the first moment we saw it. Build in the end of the 19th century, you can almost grasp the different spirits of time that passed here. High ceilings, lots of lights and well conserved ornaments. The house was totally renovated with repect to the original style of the house. It consists of 430 square meters divided over 4 floors. There are 5 spacious bedrooms with double beds. It is possible to foresee extra beds for children. Each floor has its own bathroom + toilet. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and library. All house is available except the basement. There will always be someone in the neighbourhood to help in case of needs. Quiet neighbourhood nearby central park. Walking distance from all cultural hotspots in Antwerp. Nearby tramlines connecting with historic center, central station, Antwerp Airport, Antwerp Expo, Kinepolis center.

As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Er is een tuinslaapkamer en een voorkamer, beide met tweepersoons bedden, en een tussenkamertje waar ook geslapen kan worden. Een eigen keukentje met koffie en thee, koelkast en oven/magnetron, een eetkamer met toegang tot de intieme stadstuin vol bloemen. Privacy met een eigen badkamer en toilet. Je bent binnen 5 minuten in het centrumgebied gelopen!

Kom tot rust met een kop thee in de tuin of ga lekker uit eten in de stad! Neem gerust de 2 fietsen mee. Maak het jezelf gemakkelijk!

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Supermarket less than 300 meters, nice cafes around the corner and within walking distance of the city center.

"Gönn dir mal 'ne Rauszeit!" – auf dieses Motto zu kommen, war für mich als Stadtmensch nicht schwer. Einen krasseren Gegensatz zum Trubel der Großstadt kann man sich kaum vorstellen. Die "Rauszeit" ist ein ruhig im Ortsteil Böhl in der Nähe des Leuchtturms gelegenes Reihenhaus. Die Preise beinhalten ein Wäschepaket und die Gästekarte für SPO. We do not accept groups with an average age under 35. Please note: by municipal law, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including infants. Our home offers 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors opening onto the garden.
