The living & dining rooms are furnished with brand new sofas & multiple vintage pieces perfect for spreading out & relaxing or cooking dinner in the updated kitchen. To keep costs down, a cleaning fee has already been included in the nightly rate. Excessive mess will result in an additional fee.

The ~750 sqft space features a bedroom and office upstairs; the ground floor has a combined kitchen/living room and one bathroom. 4 guest limit based on city of Chicago occupancy ordinances.

My partner and I live on the first floor. You can walk to all that Lincoln Square has to offer! The Brown Line (Western stop) is just 2.5 blocks away for an easy commute to downtown!
